As a Special Thank You
No amount of recognition is adequate to express our nation’s gratitude for the work and sacrifice you have made. For years, substantial efforts have been underway to provide health benefits for those who needed it and those efforts will continue, but this year as a special means of allowing all those who were in the program to be recognized, we will be distributing a commemorative lapel pin. A bronze pin for those who worked in the program and silver pin for those who experienced some level of work related health issues. This special, recommissioned pin was originally developed by the Secretary of War to honor those individuals who worked on the Manhattan Project. We hope you will wear your pin proudly.
Pick up your pin at the Cold War Patriots National Day of Remembrance™ event.
