EEOICPA Gaining Major Publicity

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) has gained recent popularity in the media. The Center for Public Integrity published an article about the workers at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant and the fight to get these workers compensation for their work-related illnesses. The article features CWP Advisory Committee members Chris Hayes and Faye Vlieger. Both are advocates for former workers and have helped many apply for and receive compensation from the Department of Labor. To read the article, click here.
