Cold War Patriots and the National Atomic Testing Museum are having a reception to celebrate the 5th National Day of Remembrance. Celebrate with former co-workers, enjoy refreshments, and listen to our guest speakers.

Cold War Patriots is having a reception to celebrate the 5th National Day of Remembrance. Celebrate with former co-workers, enjoy refreshments, and listen to our guest speaker from the Hanford History Partnership.
The Hanford History Partnership is now conducting oral histories on Manhattan Project and early Cold War workers from the Hanford Site. Visit their booth to find out how you can be involved and share your story.

Cold War Patriots and the Rocky Flats Institute and Museum are having a reception to celebrate the 5th National Day of Remembrance and the Remembrance Quilt on display at the museum. This quilt is to honor nuclear and uranium workers for their contribution to America’s safety. This one-of-a-kind Remembrance Quilt of hand-written quilt squares in the form of an American Flag is traveling the country and will only be in Denver for two weeks. So please join us to honor the sacrifices many women and men, including former Rocky Flats workers, made to help build our nation’s nuclear defense. Conny Bogaard, Executive Director of the Rocky Flats Institute and Museum, will speak regarding the future plans of the museum.

Celebrate with former co-workers, enjoy refreshments, and view the interactive Remembrance Quilt exhibit. Come see the traveling Remembrance Quilt before it is gone! This quilt is honors nuclear workers for their contribution to America’s safety.
