Recap: Office of the Ombudsman for EEOICPA Town Hall

The DOL Office of the Ombudsman for EEOICPA held Town Hall meetings in Ohio on June 19^th and 20^th.  Kim Holt provided useful information to attendees on the claims process.  Staff from the Cleveland District Office, Portsmouth Resource Center, and NIOSH were also on hand to answer questions.  Ms. Holt provided information on the history and responsibilities of the Ombudsman’s Office as well as an explanation of how the program works.  The Ombudsman’s Office will be holding similar meetings across the country in the future.
