Webinar: Learn more about the EEOICPA claim process

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) claims process can be daunting, but support is available. Workers in the nuclear weapons and uranium industries who are curious about the EEOICPA claims process can attend an upcoming webinar hosted by the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). The OWCP presenters will discuss the initial EEOICPA claims process, general processing timelines, filing additional claims, and available options if a claim is denied. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar.
