A bi-partisan letter was sent by Congressmen Scott Tipton (R-CO), Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) to the Department of Labor concerning the Final Rules governing EEOICPA. The Final Rules went into effect, despite objections from hundreds of stakeholders. Read the Congressional letter, and DOL’s response.
