Dear Sir,
On April 25, the DOL issued Circular No. 19-03. Now, instead of patients being able to receive up to 15+ hours per month of physician prescribed nursing care, DOL is limiting that to 15 minutes per week, hardly enough time to coordinate services for gravely ill patients who often require complex care from multiple providers.
I respectfully request that the DOL roll back the policy change limiting nursing care to 15 minutes per week.
