Baked Blueberry Pudding

Ingredients:
¼ cup shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1 pint of blueberries
Butter
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Directions:
With a mixer, combine shortening and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixture then gradually add enough milk to make a soft batter. Place in a deep greased baking dish and cover with pint of blueberries, 1 cup water and 1 cup of sugar. Dot top with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until dough is done, approximately 40-45 min.
