DOL to Extend Comment Period for Advisory Board Membership

On Oct. 15, the Department of Labor published the nominees for membership on the Advisory Board on Toxic Substances and Worker Health. The list included 64 candidates from various backgrounds. The list will be narrowed down to 12-15 individuals. The Secretary of Labor will accept comments regarding the qualifications of the candidates.
