Venison Chili

Total: 90 min

Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground venison, bison or beef
2 cans tomato sauce
6 cloves garlic
6 large onions (chopped)
5 large green peppers (chopped)
8 red peppers (chopped)
4 or 5 chili peppers (chopped)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white beans
½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Brown meat, onions and green peppers in large heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients except the beans. Simmer about 1 hr. Add beans with liquid and simmer 20 min. more.
