Talk to Terrie: Have an Idea for the Next CWP Blog?

For the past four years it has been a privilege for Deb and I to write blogs (Discussions with Deb and Talk to Terrie) for Cold War Patriots.  We’ve written such classics such as George Koval, Russian Spy and Beer and Beryllium. We’ve also written about changes to the program and how it affects the claimants.

Every blog involves quite a bit of research – which is great.  We thrive on research.  There’s nothing better than delving into the history of the atomic weapons facilities.  I take that back.  Yes, there are things that are better than or at least as fulfilling as research.  Gardening is cool; baking Christmas cookies is cool; making a fused-glass platter of a frog is cool.   But spending hours researching obscure documents is definitely up there for us.

Up until now, we have written blogs on issues that struck our fancy and hoped would be interesting and/or informative to Cold War Patriot members.  It occurred to us that you, our audience, would like us to write about something you have wondered about but never had the time to look into it.

We are here to help!

Let us know what you want to read about.  Topics could include but are not limited to,

• Understanding the compensation program.
• Historical site information.
• Little known facts.
• People who you would like us to interview.

Obviously, since we are neither medical or legal professionals, we cannot write about those issues or concerns. Outside of that, let us know what you want to read about!
